The first of two apartment-style residence halls, Draper, along with
Ramsey Hall, is the newest addition to the campus and offers juniors and
seniors an alternative to traditional dorm living. Draper Hall was completed
in September 1995 and named after Dr. Bill Draper, former assistant to
the president at MidAmerica. Each two-story apartment houses six men or women and consists of three bedrooms, two baths, a living area and a galley with a sink and microwave-refrigerator. A large lobby located in the walk-out basement contains laundry facilities, study rooms, a television viewing area and a kitchen. Floor Plans I believe our college years are some of the most influential years of our lives. It is important during this time in our lives to grow not only academically, but socially and spiritually too. It is our goal to create an environment in Draper & Ramsey residential halls so this holistic growth can occur. This occurs daily in our community as upper classmen intentionally participate in life together. Each individual will be challenged, encouraged, and loved by their peers and other members of our community. It is our prayer that each individual will feel free to be open, honest, “real”, about who they are, what they are about and what struggles they fight. As each individual participates in this authentic community it is only natural that growth will occur individually and as a community. I welcome you to think about becoming a part of our community and join in the desire to become all God truly created you to be! In Christ, |
