Sociology

MNU’s Sociology major stands apart by combining a Behavioral Science perspective with those of the Christian faith. Find coursework assignments and activities to be geared toward application and intergration into real-life. Participate in social simulations, practice skills for community advocacy for positive change, go outside the classroom in social research or observe alternative religious practice. At MNU, society itself becomes the classroom.

Internships

As part of the sociology major, you will be required to do at least an internship during one semester. The study of globalization through cross cultural travel is also encouraged. In addition, every sociology class at MidAmerica has a real world application component. Go to: Internships.
