SYMPHONIC CHOIR

Symphonic Choir provides students with a large choral ensemble experience through the masterworks of music literature performed with orchestra.

CONCERT CHOIR

Concert Choir performs on campus and in the community. This choir sings a variety of music from Renaissance madrigals to twentieth century popular selections. Members participate in Symphonic Choir.

HERITAGE CHOIR

Dr. John Leavitt, director
Heritage Choir is a select ensemble with a membership representing a wide range of academic majors. This choir presents the best in choral literature ranging from historic masterworks to contemporary music. Heritage Choir performs on campus in the world class Bell Cultural Events Center. Members participate in Symphonic Choir.

CONCERT BAND

Concert Band provides the brass, woodwind and percussion instrumentalist with a large ensemble performance experience. This group performs on campus, within the community and across the educational region representing MNU and promoting music and the arts.

PEP BAND

Maria Harman, conductor
Pep Band serves as the "spirit" musical ensemble at home basketball games. It is this group's responsibility to provide enthusiastic music prior to, during, and after each event.

JAZZ ENSEMBLE

Eric Griffin, conductor
The Jazz Ensemble provides the opportunity to perform "Big Band" music including jazz, swing, rock, fusion, and Latin styles. The development of improvisational skills within these styles is also emphasized.
