Bachelor's Degrees

Physical Education

The Physical Education degree prepares students to be licensed to teach pre-school through 12th grade physical education. This degree is in partnership with the Department of Education and their accreditation with the Kansas State Department of Education and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. The student teaching practicum takes place after all coursework is completed and during the last semester of the program.

Athletic Training

The Athletic Training degree prepares students to work with athletes at the high school, college, and professional level in the area of prevention and rehabilitation of injuries. A comprehensive examination (NATABC) is required to be passed by all senior athletic training degree students before graduation at MNU.

Kinesiology

The Kinesiology degree is designed as a pre-Physical therapy, pre-Occupational therapy, or pre-Chiropractic program, as well as other areas in the allied health field.

Coaching (Minor)

The minor in coaching is designed for anyone who has interest in coaching. It prepares the individual for a variety of sports at the different levels of competition.
