Earn your bachelor's degree quickly, conveniently and affordably through MidAmerica's Management and Human Relations (MHR) program. Designed with busy adults in mind, the MHR program provides multiple start dates during the year, and takes your previous college credit and life experience, combined with our one-class-meeting-a-week program, to complete your degree in 50 weeks.

The MHR department develops the human relations and management skills necessary to become a more effective manager. Classes focus on organizational behavior, leadership, interpersonal skills, management issues, and a values-oriented management approach.
