Mentoring Header 600

The Executive Mentor Program pairs experienced professionals with seniors in MNU's School of Business to mentor them in business readiness skills.

Mentors have an opportunity to share the benefit of their insight and experience in areas such as interpersonal skills, networking, job searches, internships, soft skill development, goal setting, professional communication skills and more. Simply put, our mission is to equip MNU students for successful professional transition.

If you share in this vision, have 10 or more years of business experience, the desire to play a role in the development of the next generation of business leaders, and are willing to invest an hour or two every month in the life of an MNU senior, click the link below to fill out an application. If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to contact the MNU Office of Alumni Relations at 913.971.3275 or email mentoring@mnu.edu
