Duties

Work alongside the Staff Intramural Director in the...

Coordination and planning of intramural events and activities.

Coordination of hiring referees for all games.

Organization of intramural nights, scheduling of games, tournaments with the help of the Staff Intramural Director and the intramural council.

Purchasing of appropriate equipment and supplies.

Maintenance of payroll of all intramural student workers.

Evaluate the success of the various activities and report to the ASG Council.

Oversee the Intramural staff on a regular consistent basis.

Organize the preparation, setup, and tear-down of all games.

Support by regular attendance the various activities sponsored by Intramurals.

Meet with intramural council as needed.

To be an active full voting member of the Executive Council of Student Government including the following responsibilities:

Attend all Work Weeks (May/August/January)

Attend LEAD Day

Attend ASG Council and Congress Meetings

Attend weekly ASG Executive Cabinet meetings

Attend the Legacy of Leadership Banquet

Attend Nazarene Student Leadership Conference (NSLC)
