Accounts Payable

Mission statement:

  • To maintain good purchasing procedures for the encumbrance of financial obligations.
  • To provide prompt payment to vendors, students, faculty and staff.
  • To assist the Vice President for Financial Affairs with the budgeting process and other projected as designated.
  • To safeguard the University by adhering to federal, state and other regulatory requirements.  To follow generally accepted accounting principles as required by FASB.
