DUTIES

• Meet weekly with the Student Relations Committee, as outlined in Appendix 1, section IV E, to discuss issues, policies, etc. that affect the campus community and to discuss issues relevant to the student body and the Olathe community.
  
• Appoint a student to fill the public relations publicity position whose responsibilities will be to publicize all public relations activities and opportunities.
• Work with the VP for Student Services and Media Outlets to create strategies for advertising and creating awareness and involvement in all Class and Cabinet Elections.
• Plan and coordinate Mock Rock with the VP for Social Life in the spring semester, or an equivalent event as designated by the President.
• Represent the MidAmerica Nazarene University student body at the Olathe Chamber of Commerce monthly meetings.
• Host one Olathe community-wide event per semester.
• Meet monthly with the Commuter Council.
• Coordinate Faculty Appreciation Day.
• Create Public Relations events for student government venues.

To get involved with the "O"utlet and expressing MNU spirit and pride.
This is a great place to find new friends and lots of Big Fat Fun events to plan, run and participate in.

YOUNG REPUBLICANS
This is a great year to kick of a club like the Young Republicans. We as part of the body of Christ and the body of the United Sates should seek to put and vote into office a great president. At the same time we can get involved with learning more about the procedures of politics and increase our knowlege with the Young Republicans, get involved and find your place.
