Dr. Dunlap is Chair of Graduate Studies in Education department and eLearning, and teaches graduate courses online.

 

 

Prior to coming to MNU, Dr. Dunlap spent 32 years in public education as a high school teacher, administrator and school improvement consultant. He has taught in Cimarron, Kansas City Kansas and Blue Valley schools, all in Kansas. As a consultant for the Southeast Kansas Educational Service Center he provided staff development in data analysis, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. Dr. Dunlap earned his BA at MANU, Master and Doctorate degrees from the University of Kansas. He continues to provide workshops in area schools, and serves on the Kansas State High School Activities Association Hall of fame committee and the board of Northeast Kansas Music Educators.
