Dr. Damron leads the Teacher Education Department and coordinates and develops MNU's clinical and field experiences for teacher candidates and teaches the Student Teaching Seminar course.
Additional duties include student teaching supervision, advising education majors, and coordination of the Clinical Mentoring Team and Teacher Fair as well as teaching as an adjunct for MNU's Graduate Studies in Education. Dr. Damron has worked in K-12 environments for 15 years, both in traditional settings and in a virtual school, and serves as an educational consultant for Southeast Kansas Education Service.
