During the summer, MNU provides accommodations to host conferences on our campus by providing housing space in the dorms, meeting space on campus, and a full food service in our dining area. In order to provide you with an enjoyable and successful conference, we guarantee a staff that is efficient, competent, available, flexible and customer-oriented. We want to make your experience at MNU the best it can be!

Once we receive your initial contact form we will look over the information and get back with you to discuss the possibilities of working with you.

In order to book a classroom or additional meeting space, you need to have a minimum of 40 people and a minimum of 50 people in order to request the food services. Facility usage prices and group discounts are listed on our Summer 2012 pricing information sheet below.

LODGING

From June 4th to July 29th only, our residence halls are available for events requiring overnight lodging. Rooms are furnished with beds, desks, dressers and closet space. Bathrooms and shower facilities are dorm-style and shared among several rooms. Check out our virtual tour here.

DINING

Located in our Campus Center, our cafeteria provides full service dining. Our food service is contracted through Pioneer College Caterers, which provides a wide variety of cafeteria style food, 3 times a day.

  • $21.75 per day for 3 meals
  • $6.25 for breakfast
  • $7.25 for lunch
  • $8.25 for dinner

Location: Olathe is the second largest among the 21 communities in Johnson County and the fourth largest in the state. It is located just 20 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City.
