Statement of Purpose

In the Teacher Education Department, we focus on helping teacher candidates develop spiritually and apply their knowledge through apprentice relationships and data-driven learning. As an MNU Teacher Education graduate you will have the tools to enthusiastically serve all learners, lead in various content areas, contribute to your professional community, and through resourceful and innovative thinking, design student-centered instruction that embodies the interdisciplinary nature of knowledge.

Licensure options are also available. We are accredited through KSDE and CAEP.

Application

Application to the teacher education program is a separate admission process than applying to MNU.
