MidAmerica Nazarene University invites your business to participate in an exciting campus event:

Event will be held outside on the Campus Green |
| When: | Monday, August 25, 2008, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. (set up begins at 4:00 p.m.)

Tap into the tremendous work force represented by MNU's student body. This is a great opportunity to advertise current part-time job openings. |
| Cost: | $35, includes one 8-foot table and two chairs
$45, includes one 8-foot table, two chairs, plus electrical hookup. Vendors must supply their own extension cords. |
The event coincides with Welcome Week at MidAmerica when new and returning students celebrate the start of classes for a new semester. We will promote the Fair extensively to students and staff, and combine it with an outdoor picnic to maximize student attendance.
Tips for success:
- Much of the Campus Green will be partially shaded during this time of day, but not all booth locations will benefit from full shade in the late-August sun. Please consider bringing a canopy or large umbrella for your exhibit area.
- Make your booth unique and festive. Consider offering free samples, promotional items, discount coupons, or other freebies. Note to financial institutions: University policy prohibits the promotion of credit cards and credit applications on campus. Also, don't forget signage, and remember in creating signage that this is an outdoor event subject to breezy Kansas conditions.
- The exhibit area will be available for set up at 4 p.m., and we ask that all exhibitors remain set up until 8 p.m. since students participating in football arrive after 6:30 p.m.
The deadline to register is August 15.
