Residence Halls will open at 6 p.m. Friday night for new freshman to begin moving in to your assigned rooms.

You will gain a better understanding of what MNU and the surrounding Olathe community has to offer and meet some new friends, too. NSO is designed to “orient” you to the MNU experience – you don’t want to miss it! Freshmen SeminarNSO is the first part of the Freshmen Seminar course, which is part of the MNU educational experience. This one semester, one-hour course provides students with an introduction to the traditions of MidAmerica Nazarene University as well as assists students with their adjustment to the challenges of the higher educational experience. Freshmen seminar concentrates on essential study skills, time management, the value of liberal arts learning, setting goals, and other activities designed to enhance the student’s transition and success in college.
Your NSO and Freshmen Seminar experience is a staple of the MNU experience. We are sure you’ll make memories and friendships that will last a lifetime!
