2013 Nursing Students Achieved 92.98% NCLEX Pass Rate

MNU’s School of Nursing and Health Science announced that their 2013 Bachelor of Science in nursing graduates achieved a 92.98% pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX). Of the 36 nursing programs in Kansas, MNU ranks sixth in terms of the highest scores. For the fourth year in a row, MNU graduates have exceeded the national NCLEX pass rate, and have exceeded the Kansas pass rate for five years.

The exam helps ensure public protection by measuring the competencies needed to perform safely and effectively as a newly licensed, entry-level nurse.
