2014 Kansas Teacher of the Year Speaks at MNU

2014 Kansas Teacher of the Year Speaks at MNUJeff Baxter, Teacher of the Year, speaking to students.

The 2014 Kansas Teacher of the Year Program spoke to the MNU education students on April 15, 2014. The 2014 Kansas Teacher of the Year, Jeff Baxter of Leavenworth High School, and the 2014 Kansas Regional Teachers of the Year, Jenny Nash of Cottonwood Elementary, Brandi Leggett of Prairie Ridge Elementary and Jennifer Smith of Lakewood Middle School, spoke at the event. Students were able to gain valuable wisdom from the teachers and were able to ask questions that will help to prepare them for their future career as educators.
