Pioneering the Future

Pioneering the Future is an annual campaign among Nazarene churches and individual donors to establish student scholarship endowments for each district on MNU’s educational region.

The goal is to ensure MNU remains affordable for Nazarene students from the Iowa, Joplin, Kansas, Kansas City, Missouri, Nebraska and Prairie Lakes Districts for years to come.

Individual donors may make campaign commitments at any point throughout the year.  However, the campaign culminates with a local church offering during the month of October annually to fund scholarship endowments in each district.

This initiative provides a tangible way for individual donors and Nazarene congregations from across the region to jointly and simultaneously pull together by providing an extra measure of support for MNU and our students.

District-specific resources for churches

Each fall, the churches of your district have a special opportunity to create a scholarship endowment specifically for the benefit of your district’s students. In anticipation of the annual fall offering, resources for use by churches and pastors special in collecting the special district endowment offering will be posted on August 31, 2012.  Take a look at some of the resources that were available for churches last year:
