MNU is pleased to offer eligible students a convenient, automated payment plan which accommodates paying your semester charges in monthly installments either by bank draft or debit/credit card.
Payment in full via cash, check or credit card in the Cashiers Office or online via the Webfor student system.
Payment plan spreading out the balance due for a semester at a time for 3, 4 or 5 months.
You may choose from one of three options which will allow you to spread payments over three, four or five months.
Whichever option you choose each semester, the account balance for that semester must be paid in full by no later than the 31st of October for the fall semester or the 31st of March for the spring semester in order to register for the next semester or to graduate. Payments can be made by bank draft or debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover).
The amount due for each payment may vary if charges are added to the account by the student or the student makes changes to their course registration. An email reminder will be sent five days before the due date of your next installment payment and then also as an acknowledgement each time a payment is made. Payments not received by midnight on the due date will be assessed a late fee of $30 or 1.25% of the balance due on that date.
The payment plan enrollment fee is $40 per semester. You must re-enroll in the payment plan online each semester. Continuation and re-enrollment in the payment plan is dependent upon satisfactory performance of the agreed-upon payment obligations, as well as satisfactory academic progress, and may be discontinued at the sole discretion of the University at any time.

The cost for enrolling in the payment plan is $40 per semester.

What happens if a change occurs in the balance on my student account?
The payment plan will automatically adjust the amount owed for the remaining payments.
What if I pay more than my stated payment amount?
If a student pays more than is required, then the excess will reduce the following month's payment.
What if I pay less than the amount due on the plan for a particular month?
Any student paying less than the amount required will be charged a late payment fee of $30 or 1.25% of the balance due for that month.
Can a parent or guardian make a payment on a plan for their student?
Yes. The student must first create a login and password for the parent or guardian in order to grant them access to their account. The parent or guardian can then log into the system and set up/make payments.
Can I enroll in the payment plan for the entire academic year?
Not all at once. Tuition and fees are applied by semester, so the payment plan must also be set up each semester as well.
When will my payments be due?
All payments will be due on the 1st of the month and will be listed on your payment plan when enrolling. The final payment is due no later than October 1st for fall semester plans and March 1st for spring semester plans.
How many payments will I have to make?
Payment plans are divided into 3, 4, or 5 payments depending on the selected plan. The amount of each installment is dependent on which plan you choose and when you enroll.
What do I do if I want to enroll in the 5-month plan but I’m finalizing after the first or second payment date?
You may still enroll in the 5-month plan provided you “catch-up” the payments for the installment payment dates that have already passed.
Can I include last semester's balance in this semester's payment plan?
No. The payment plan is based on the current semester charges so any balance remaining form the prior semester must be paid in full before a payment plan can be opened for a new semester.
What else to I need to know?
- The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- Only semester charges billed through Student Accounts can be included in your Installment plan.
- Semester charges include: tuition, housing, meal plans, mandatory fees, health insurance and course fees. Books cannot be included.
- Other items such as library fees, parking fees, chapel fines and dorm fines should be paid directly to MNU.
- Returned payments will be charged a $25 service fee.
- Failure to budget correctly may result in late fees being assessed.
