ENROLLMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The University reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient enrollment two weeks prior to the start date, and to limit enrollment in any class. Under such circumstances a course is cancelled, 100% of tuition will be refunded or applied to another course. If the student chooses to cancel enrollment more than two weeks prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the tuition will be refunded. If cancelled during the two weeks prior to the start date of the class, a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged or after the class has begun, there will be no refund given and a "W" will be placed on the student's transcript.

SPECIAL NEEDS ACCOMMODATION

Once enrolled in class, if you wish to make MidAmerica aware of any accommodation concerns, please notify the administrative assistant at (913) 971-3292. Any information provided is strictly voluntary and will be kept confidential. The information would be used for your immediate benefit. (SS 504:104.42,C1,B4.)

MEETING TIMES

Weekend classes meet on Friday from 5 p.m - 9 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Weeknight classes meet from 4:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.

Summer classes meet from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. during the week.
