Admissions Checklist for Transfer Students

Prior to enrollment, a student must complete the admission process by accomplishing the following:

Incoming Transfer Students:

1. Complete this Application for Admissions, by answering all questions. If an item is not applicable to you, please mark N/A. A $25 non-refundable application fee must accompany your application. Your application will not be processed without your $25 application fee. Checks or money orders should be made payable to MidAmerica Nazarene University (or MNU). Application and payment may also be submitted online.

2. Submit an MNU Financial Aid application and FAFSA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid), available after January 1 each year.

3. The following are required in order for the Admissions Process to be considered complete:

   1. Housing Form

   2. Health Form

   3. All Official College Transcripts
