It's best if you call us at least two weeks prior to your visit or set it up using the Campus Visit Request Form or call the Office of Admissions at 800.800.8887 or 913.971.3380

Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Offices are closed on holidays and the week of Christmas through New Year's Day.)

The length of your visit depends on what you would like to do. You can talk with a current student, visit a class, meet with a professor, and of course, get a personal campus tour. We want you to feel the difference the "MNU Experience" provides.

EVENTS

Here are two ways for high school juniors and seniors to get a taste of campus life:

SCOUT Event

SCOUT MNU (Students Checking Out University Turf) at MNU is a chance for perspective students to visit when classes are in session and students are on campus. SCOUT is held twice a year in October and January. This weekend event begin on Thursday afternoon and ends on Saturday. You may register for SCOUT by filling out our form.

SCOUT MNU includes:

  • staying in the residence halls
  • eating meals in the Campus Center
  • attending athletic events and a campus-wide late skate
  • class visitations
  • and other great events!

Junior and Senior Visit Days

 Junior and Senior Visit Days are for High Schoolers to come on campus and really get the feel of what college life is like at MNU.

Lodging

Olathe and the surrounding area has a great variety of motels and restaurants. When your visit includes an overnight stay, we would be happy to provide you with a list of lodging possibilities upon your request.
