Just for You, MNU conferences, events and workshops are specially designed to meet your needs as a teacher. We understand your busy schedule and professional development needs. These conferences and events are intensive and fun ways teachers can stay abreast of the ever-changing teaching landscape.

Thrive, Flourish & Empower: What Teachers Need Today Hybrid Conference
June 13, 2023
The conference will be held on the beautiful MNU Campus in the Bell Cultural Event Center (#4 on the map). The conference starts at 8:15 AM until 4:45 PM, check-in starts at 7:45 AM. Once registered, you will receive additional information about the location, conference platform for in-person and online attendees, and assignment information if registered for continuing education credit. For those who are attending in-person, information about signing up for sessions will be sent to registered participants in mid-May.

The theme for the 2024 Great Ideas in Education Conference is Lighting the Path Forward. Strands are being built around accreditation and the Four Fundamentals, as well as school safety, technology and more. Through professional development and networking opportunities the KSDE Great Ideas in Education Conference will help school personnel improve policies and strategies producing safe learning environments and quality teaching and learning practices for each student.

The Midwest Premier Advanced Placement Summer Institute (APSI)-Olathe, Kansas, is held at Olathe South High School in Olathe, Kansas. Our APSI is open to ALL teachers regardless of whether they teach AP, non-AP, or Middle School. The information
and incredible resources shared by our consultants will benefit all teachers, which will in turn benefit all students.

The Accessibility Summer Camp is a FREE annual virtual conference with the goal of connecting professionals and educators with best practices in accessibility with individuals who have a desire to learn. The mission of the Accessibility Summer Camp (ASC) is to provide accessibility training that empowers attendees to create quality, accessible learning environments and remove barriers for all individuals who have a desire to learn.
