Masters in ESOL Track
The Master’s in English as a Second Language (ESOL) track is designed to teach you how to teach English to non-English speaking students.
You Should Know:
- Meets on-site or online, 1 night per week
- Fulfill 33-35 credit hours at $394 per credit hour
- Complete your Masters in 18 months
- Attend classes in Olathe and online
Our ESOL program will prepare you for the 21st century students in your classroom. The ESOL courses are developed from ESOL/NCATE standards and offer approaches and strategies for you to use in your classroom. The coursework also helps prepare you to take the ESOL Praxis test needed in Kansas to add the ESOL endorsement on a teaching license. We also offer ESOL endorsement courses if you are not interested in earning your full Master of Education at this time.
A mobile, web-based curriculum allows you to complete the online Master’s in Education degree program in 18 months. You will participate in specialized courses in a selected area of interest.
