Hours: Hours are flexible. Counselors work with each student’s schedule to provide an appointment.

Come to the Counseling and Wellness Center lobby and your counselor will greet you when it’s time to meet. The initial session includes an assessment, forms and time for introduction and exploration of your concerns.
If you don’t know where to start or are overwhelmed, don’t worry, our counselors provide an atmosphere of calm and you will find a way to start.
At the Counseling and Wellness Center we believe a good connection with a counselor is important. We encourage you to try two sessions before making a change. However, if after the second session you still feel this is not a good fit, then please feel free to discuss with the counselor or email Elizabeth Diddle, Director, and she will work with you for the best solution. Yes, you may stop counseling at any time.
No, the center is closed during those times. Your counselor will work with you for the support you may need during those breaks.
