Congratulations to the Pioneers men’s and women’s basketball teams who both ended NAIA Div. I National Tournament play, and their seasons, with records of 25-9. Both teams won the HAAC giving MNU five championship teams (football, volleyball, men’s soccer, men’s and women’s basketball) this academic year. In 1946 Winston Churchill visited Fulton, Missouri, to make a speech that would redefine the post-war world and add a new phrase to the world's political vocabulary: The Iron Curtain. Alumnus and Author Philip White ('04) will be interviewed Tuesday, March 6 on "Fox and Friends" about his new book, Our Supreme Task: How Winston Churchill's Iron Curtain Speech Defined the Cold War Alliance.
