Some people might say that alum Jason Menard, just 7 years out of MNU, is too young to be a high school assistant principal and athletic director. But those people clearly have not met Jason. Driven is an understatement. Jason, a 2010 physical education graduate, has been motivated to succeed since he discovered what he was meant to do. At first he had trouble settling on a major, but he gave in, took the advice of others, and decided to go into education. This began Jason’s quest to be successful....

Aaron Tiffany (Business Administration, '05) isn’t exactly where he thought he'd be after graduation from MNU. Or actually, he is. "Going in to college I didn't know what I wanted to do. Or that is what I would tell people," Aaron says. "Deep down, however, I knew that God was calling me into ministry from when I was in middle school. I ran from that calling for about 10 years." He arrived at MNU on a basketball scholarship, but a knee injury kept his playing limited. He liked his business classes and his professors, but freely admits that something still felt off....

MNU Alumnus, Dr. Carla (Johnson ’83) Sunberg, was elected the 43rd General Superintendent of the Church of the Nazarene June 27, at the denomination’s General Assembly in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is the first alumnus of MNU to hold the office. President of Nazarene Theological Seminary since 2014, Carla has a long history of international and church leadership experience....
