Admissions Site Nominated for Award

MNU’s web site section for undergraduate admissions is a nominee for eduStyle's 2014 Best Prospective Admissions Site. The design, which was created by MNU’s in-house marketing and web team, is among four other sites nominated in that category, including Florida Polytechnic University, Stonehill College, Mercer University and Stony Brook University.

The eduStyle Higher-ed Web Awards celebrate the best work in college and university websites. This year eighteen categories recognize the most innovative and exciting developments in key areas of higher education web development. Among the nominees in various categories are Notre Dame, Gonzaga, Biola, Yale and MIT. The competition includes sites designed by in-house university talent as well as by web marketing firms.

MNU Marketing Director Kim Campbell says the honor of being nominated is made especially significant by the fact that eduStyle nominees and award winners have been among the best examples MNU’s marketing team has looked to for the past few years.

“It’s exciting to be recognized as part of that same group,” she says. “Hopefully our work to evolve the MNU website benefits not only admissions, but the whole university.”

Each award is presented as both a People's Choice and Judged Award. To vote for a People’s Choice nominee, readers simply create an account on eduStyle.com and vote. Voting in this category is open from now until January 21, 2015 at midnight MDT. The winners of both categories will be announced on January 28, 2015.
