Football Comes Home October 21

Football comes home, when MNU Pioneers move their Homecoming Game back to campus.

Pioneer Athletics announced today that the Homecoming football game Oct. 21, 2017 at 2 p.m., will be played on campus at the site of the former Pioneer Stadium. Arrangements are being made for temporary seating, end zone seating (bring your own lawn chair) and all the excitement Pioneers remember from the years before games were moved off campus.

Director of Athletics Todd Garrett says the move back to campus for this game is in part to celebrate the 40th anniversary of football at MNU. Garrett added that special plans are underway to celebrate the alumni who played football at MNU. Previous players, coaches and staff are all invited to attend the game and reconnect with one another.
