MNU Alumnus and Author to Appear on "Fox and Friends"

In 1946 Winston Churchill visited Fulton, Missouri, to make a speech that would redefine the post-war world and add a new phrase to the world's political vocabulary: The Iron Curtain.

Alumnus and Author Philip White ('04) will be interviewed Tuesday, March 6 on "Fox and Friends" about his new book, Our Supreme Task: How Winston Churchill's Iron Curtain Speech Defined the Cold War Alliance. The interview will be sometime between 5 and 8 a.m. CST.

White will also speak at the Kansas City Public Library in Kansas City, Mo., on March 7 at 6:30 p.m., to discuss Churchill's famous speech.

White is also a guest lecturer and consultant for MNU’s department of humanities.
