MNU Presents "The Star-Spangled Girl" Oct. 6-9

The MNU Theatre Department presents Neil Simon’s The Star-Spangled Girl, October 6-9 at Bell Cultural Events Center in Olathe. Set in 1960’s San Francisco, political writers Andy and Norman, meet flag-waving, Southern girl, Sophie who happens to live next door. A comedic, romantic triangle begins, threatening to destroy the men’s friendship and their underground magazine.

Tickets for The Star-Spangled Girl are $10 for adults and $5 for students for the 7:30 p.m. performances October 7-9, and $5 for the 10 a.m. matinee on October 6. Call Bell Center Box Office at 913-971-3636 to order tickets.

MNU’s spring music theatre event will be The Pirates of Penzance, on March 2-5, 2011.
