Dr. David Spittal accepts the Cathedral Builder Award from Olathe Mayor Michael Copeland.

On Friday, October 4, Olathe Mayor Mike Copeland honored MNU with the City’s Cathedral Builder Award at the State of the City luncheon. Each year the Mayor presents this award to an organization and an individual that had been instrumental to the community, its culture and its future.

“I was honored to accept this award on behalf of our MNU administrators, faculty and staff who daily give their best to our students,” says President David Spittal. “This recognition truly belongs to each of them.”
