ACCREDITATION

The MidAmerica Nazarene University Play Therapy Certification Program is an University Approved Center, the highest recognition by the Association for Play Therapy. MNU is an APT Approved Center and an Approved Provider of Continuing Education (APT Approved Provider 07-198). MNU was one of the first centers in the nation with this recognition and is the only approved Play Therapy provider in the metro area.

The MidAmerica Nazarene University Play Therapy Certification Program is also an approved Theraplay® Regional Training Center.

The University is authorized to offer associate’s degrees in all fields, bachelor’s degrees in all fields, and master’s degrees in the fields of Administration/Leadership, Business, Counseling, Education, Nursing and Religion. The University accreditation is through the Higher Learning Commission.
