You may also visit the Registrar’s Office during business hours for assistance placing your transcript order on one of our public computers.
- Official Transcripts: $10 each
An official transcript is an official record of all academic work taken at MidAmerica Nazarene University and lists any degrees earned from MNU. Official Transcripts bear the Official Seal of the University and the University Registrar's Signature. Official Transcripts are printed on blue security paper and bear the Official Seal of the University and the Registrar's Signature. Requests for any kind of transcript must be made in writing—federal law requires your signature in order to release your records. To receive a requested official transcript, the requester must not have any outstanding obligations to the school, such as an unpaid student account bill, a fine, or unmet requirements with the Office of Student Financial Services. Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed, regardless of destination. Payment must be submitted at the time of the request.
- Unofficial Transcripts: $3.00 each
An unofficial transcript is an unofficial record of all academic work taken at MidAmerica Nazarene University and lists any degrees earned from MNU. The unofficial transcript is printed on plain white paper and does not bear the school's seal or the registrar's signature. The Registrar's Office must have your written signature in order to release your unofficial transcript. Payment must be submitted at the time of the request.
- Current students may continue to access their unofficial web transcript via ssb.mnu.edu without charge.
We do not fax transcripts of any kind to other colleges and universities.
