Blaze Prayer Walk to Open New Year

MNU students, faculty, staff, and friends of the university are invited to gather at the Harvest Prayer sculpture on Thursday, August 30 at 8:00 p.m. to participate in the Blaze Prayer Walk. This student led event will focus on prayers of praise for God’s blessings and prayers of commitment for the new school year

Participants will be invited to walk a variety of locations on campus with specific opportunities to pray for faculty, staff, and students.

"Throughout history, MNU has been sustained by prayer," President Spittal shared at the President's Dinner earlier this week. "We invite you to join us in prayer for the new academic year and for all aspects of the MNU community."

Those unable to walk the distance of the campus are invited to meet in the College Church of the Nazarene sanctuary at 8:00 p.m., where they will be joined by others at the conclusion of the walk for a time of community prayer and celebration.
