Eligibility

Want to become a Pioneer? Here are the steps to get started:

Prospective student-athletes are encouraged to fill out the recruiting form for the sport or sports they are interested in playing at MNU (baseball, basketball (m), basketball (w), cheerleading, cross country/track & field, football, soccer (m), soccer (w), softball, volleyball). The information will be delivered directly to the head coach for the respective sport. Also, feel free to contact any MNU coach via email or phone. Contact information can be found in the Staff Directory section of the MNU Sports site.

All prospective student-athletes are required to complete an Undergraduate Admissions application and go through the regular admissions process. Applications are available online. If you are interested in becoming a MNU student we strongly encourage you to browse Undergraduate Admissions to learn more about MNU and see if we are a good fit for you!

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Eligibility Center is responsible for determining the eligibility of first-time NAIA student-athletes. For more information, check out this PDF or visit http://www.playnaia.com.

    1. Submit your profile at http://www.playnaia.com 

    2. Send all required documents to the NAIA Eligibility Center (and make sure they’re received); and

    3. Share your Eligibility Center ID# with the college coach.

To get in the game, make sure you complete the “Big 3” at least two full weeks before your first practice!

A master teaching artist, David Wallace has performed, consulted, and authored curricula for dozens of performing arts institutions, including Carnegie Hall, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the Tanglewood Music Festival. Dr. Chuck Bontrager is the very definition of the 21st-century musician: highly Classically trained, experienced in multiple performance styles, and fluent in several variations of his instrument—viola, violin, baritone viola (chin-cello), mandolin and mandola—and his electric violins.
