By creating an endowment you can provide MNU with a margin of excellence and an ongoing gift that will touch the lives of students every year. MNU Foundation endowments support the mission of the university by providing a predictable source of funds benefiting current and future students. The MNU endowment supports scholarships, academic programs, professorships, operations and other vital areas of campus life.
Endowed funds are held and invested in perpetuity. The MNU Foundation Board of Directors manages the endowment with the objective of generating a healthy return for sustainable contributions to the university. The MNU Foundation serves as an accountable steward of your gift and provides you with an annual endowment report outlining the financial performance of your fund during the last fiscal year.
Establishing an endowment begins with your passion for students. Whatever your interest, there are students and areas on campus that can benefit through a named endowment. Endowments may be established for any purpose. For example, MNU offers endowments for scholarships, student programming, facilities, technology, faculty development, academic departments, and professorships.
