Passion to Serve Project: LQVE Haiti
“I am definitely coming back to Haiti. I want to do Missions in my life.” —Quincy Foster, January 2013
> 2017-18 Financial Goal: $33,000
As part of our long-term partnership with Heart to Heart International and the communities of Southeast Haiti, we are once again adopting “LQVE Haiti” as our 2017-2018 Passion to Serve Project. This year, single purpose is to:
- Build a Health Clinic in a community called Bel-Air.
As always, new and gently used soccer equipment donations are always welcome and will continue to be sent for children to enjoy at the Quincy Foster Memorial Soccer Field, which was completed in 2016.
2018 Mission Trips
- A LQVE Haiti mission trip is travelling March 10-27, 2018. Maximum participants is 16. Priority is for MNU undergraduate students, but is open to anyone.
- A student nursing trip is travelling May 19-26, 2018. Maximum participants is 8. Priority is for MNU graduate nursing students, but is open to any certified nurse.
As the service project evolves, we will continue to update you on the progress. Thank you for joining us in these efforts and for being part of the beautiful, restorative work God has invited us to join Him in.
