Accessing RegistrationOnce logged in, click on "Student Services. "Click on "Registration," and then select "Active Registration." Accessing GradesOnce logged in, click on "Student Services." Click on "Student Records." Depending on what you need, select "Final Grades," "Final Grade Report" or "Academic Transcript." **Remember that both are unofficial web documents. If you need an official transcript, please view the directions for ordering transcripts. TRANSCRIPTS CANNOT BE ORDERED THROUGH WEBFOR. No Grade Posted for Teacher Recertification CourseGrades make three stops on their way to the Registrar’s Office. 1. Your instructor must grade your work and turn in your grade to the company through which you are taking the course. Southwest Plains Regional Service Center 2. The company processes your payment and grade and prepares it to be sent on to MNU’s Graduate Studies in Education Office. 3. Glenna in MNU’s Graduate Studies in Education Office receives the grade and enters it on to your record. Graduate Studies in Education: 913.971.3292 or {ml1} Once the grade has been entered, the Registrar’s Office can roll the grade into History so that it will appear on your transcript on WebFor and on any paper copies requested. If your course shows as "In Progress" on WebFor, you may want to contact each of those places to discover the progress of your grade.

National Student ClearinghouseMidAmerica Nazarene University has begun using the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for verifying current student enrollment to student loan companies. Because of this, you should not need to submit a Request for an In-School Deferment any longer. Please visit http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/ for more information about this service.
